This function can let the shop owner to clear grasp of inventory, easy to control and when to re-order. 

Step 1:
Enter the total quantity in "Products Quantity" of each Product.

Step 2a:
When the number of merchandise inventory = 0, the product will still shown in the shop. So you can show it on your shop but the customer will see the commodity mark" out of stock ".


Step2b:
If you do not want the product stil display on the shop (will not re-fill stock anymore), you can change the status form green to red.

step 3. If the product no long valid , pls make sure the stock qyt =0 or u can directly delete the product (don't just change the status to red becuase if u do so , if the product already in the buyer cart he/she still can check out)

Step4:

You can check the "Products Quantity" of each products in "Stock List".

Step 5:
When the order is canceled, it will automatically adjust the "Products Quantity".
