How to pass the Paypal Charge to buyers?

 
Step:
                         

1. Click "System"
    
2. Click "Paypal Charge"
    
3. Enter the Charge(%) that you want to get from the buyers and choose Enable. 
    
4. Click  "update"

            

Tips:
Paypal will charge the fee directly from the seller. If you want to pass this charge to the buyers, you need to set here..
