Create E-mail account Guide

Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 .

(1) Click "Information"
(2) Click "Account Settings(A)".

(3) Click "New(N)".

(4) Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types(M)", then press "Next."

(5) Select "Internet e-mail(I)", then press "Next"

(6) "Name(Y)" (can enter anthing)
   “Email Address(E)" (enter your e-mail address*)
   *refer to "Service Commencement Notification Email

(7)  POP3
"Incoming mail server(I)" (mail.yourdomain)*
"Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" (mail.yourdomain)*
*refer to "Service Commencement Notification Email

(8) "user name(U)" (enter your e-mail address)
   "Password(P)" (enter password)*
*refer to "Service Commencement Notification Email

Note!!!!
no need to select "need to login using Secure Password Authentication (spa)"

Don't tick this box!!

(9) Press "other settings(M)".

(10) Click the "Outgoing Server". Select "My outgoing server SMTP requires authentication(O)"

(11) Click “Advanced”.

(12) Set the SMTP as port 9025
(13) click "OK".

Make sure there are no input errors, click Next.

Wait for the test complete and press "Close" to use your e-mail.
