If your product /website contents are typing by yourself instead of "copy and paste ", stongly recommended  to  organizied all your data in a word file fist (also saved it in your own computer) , then paste them the website's control panel , so that it can help to avoid lossing data caused by system timeout.

For all online system with security protection must have the timeout setting, the user edit the data in the Web console, the often idle for too long (eg for a long time do not press update / Save button), because the information in the next timeout case Click Save / Update button to have the data will NOT be saved.
