All users can freely switch between "themes" via control panel. For "layout " selection , new user can select once at the beginning, details:

Layout	different ways of displaying info "boxes" on homepage. there are 4 ways : A/B/C/D( Default A). Remarks: * "boxes" include: what's news, banner, DIY area(limited to customer who chosen layout B / C / D) Detail	Who can select : New / renew customers when to select: 1. New customer: when received our service welcome letter, reply it. 2. Renew customer :fill in a form before the deadline. Remarks: * extra setup fee request if change layout setting within contract period.
