Method a) Go to Alipay website to apply (The lowest cost) 

               If you have an Chinese bank account+ Chinese mobile phone number，you can go to Alipay website and apply. There are many plan, some of them just need to pay transaction fee but not setup fee/ monthly fee*：

               Alipay account type 1－擔保交易收款 ( 個人 / 企業支付寶賬號)
               Alipay account type 2－即时到账收款^ (必須持有 "企業支付寶賬號")

             ^Start from 2012.2.13, "即時到賬收款賬號" 只接受 "企業支付寶賬號"(即須持有國內執業証) 之機構申請 . 

Method b) Through paydollor apply (The most convenient way )

                  If you want your Alipay account can be used in Hong Kong bank，you need to apply the account through PayDollar, PayDollar will charge setup fee/ monthly fee etc.．For more details, please contact us.
