Webmail may affect by different browser encoding. If you cannot browse Simplified Chinese content, you can try:

• Election Simplified Chinese coding (Practices: View email postal content and "Right click" on the blank position  >>> encoding >>> other >>> Simplified Chinese)

• If not successful, try "UTF-8" encoding (Practice: View email post and Right click on the blank position >> coding >> Unicode (UTF-8).

If not successful, use standard e-mail browser  (e.g outlook express  / office outlook / windows live mail )
