If error appear after buyer enter Credit Card Information, reason is:

1. The buyer's credit card has not enable "online payment" feature
        >>> Solution : Buyer should make their own contact the issuing bank enabled
2. Buyer's credit card have a problem and can not pay.                
        >>> Solution : Buyer should make their own contact the issuing bank to query
3. PayPal has detected unsafe network of buyers, the transaction blocked automatically.
4. Buyers input the wrong information

Seller should contact paypal first and check your bill receivable status is normal, because we can not check it for you.
